Secure your financing by letting your lender know about the home you made an offer on. They may need additional information. You will need to provide everything needed in a timely matter so the process will move faster & smoothly.
Closing
Timing for closing can vary 30 - 45 days. Within 48 hours of closing date you will do a final walk thru of the property. Your lender & agent will meet you to finalize paperwork along with title company & closing agent. Sometimes attorneys & sellers agent may be present as well.
